How do i put a picture as a caption for another picture? I've tried everything but none of it works. Please help

You could upload the picture to photobucket.com, then copy the tag line for the caption.
After you upload the pic, there are options underneath. The one you want says "HTML Tag" If there is a size problem with the pictures, try resizing it with the photo editing program from irfanview.
If you don't have an account with irfanview or photobucket, you can register for free.
