You'll need to take a video, run video editing software, and brake it into frames. Delete some frames in between every now and then to allow you to fit the full file into a GIF. Take the frames as pictures to an animated GIF maker (google it) and upload the frames in consecutive order, making a GIF of you blowing gum.
