probably the easiest way to do it for you woild be to have someone capture you dancing on a cell phones video, and put int on a computer and then upload it to myspace

Well, I don't watch Tila Tequila, so I don't know EXACTLY what you are looking for, but I have an Olympus digital camera, I can take pictures as well as video.
Get a digital camera that is video capable, have someone film you, and post it.
