I'm guessing you mean on your profile and not in the "photos" section.
Get the URL for the picture... usually you juts right click, click properties, and there it is.
Then insert the URL into this tag...
%26lt;img src="URL GOES HERE"%26gt; and post the code where ever you want the picture. Hope this helps.

Go to upload/change pictures at the side of your main pic on your myspace home page.
Then there should be a section which says ''upload image''
click upload and then you can search through your imahes on your computer to upload, when you done click upload.
