OK SO HERES THE DEAL I HAVE A PICTURE OF A FACE AND I WANT TO PUT ANOTHER PITURE OF ANOTHER FACE ON TOP OF IT SO THE EFFECT WOULD BE IT BECOMING ONE PICTURE

use paint shop pro or another art prog to delete the background on one pic then copy and paste the person onto the other, gets easier with practice.

I think you can use microsoft paint to do that. It would be crude, but get the effect. Just open the picture of the face you want to paste in microsoft paint, and cut it to your clip board.

Next open the final picture and paste the face from the clipboard over the current face. Done. It would be really crude though. Everyone would know it was a modified picture.
