someone please help me i need help! i want to decorate my own pictures for myspace because i see other ppl dat decorate there myspace pictures with stars,hearts words,etc. could someone tell me what i can do?

Here's a place that has a list of free image software http://freewareandopensource.blogspot.co... I would recommend the Gimp Image Software.
You can find some useful tutorials at http://www.pixel2life.com
And there are lots of free brushes you can add to the program.. just google gimp brushes.
A good forum to visit also is
http://www.gimptalk.com/ they have brushes and tutorials and you can get help there if needed.
