ok so i been trying to find a really good program so that i could edit my myspace pictures, adding like blinking pictures, like having more than 3 pictures and them switching back %26amp; forth. also having the rest of the picture black %26amp; white, %26amp; having only one part of the picture in color.. if any1 knows a program that i could do that with, i would really appriciate it if u told me where to go, *plz %26amp; thanks*

Get a free trial of adobe photoshop and try it out. It takes some time to learn it, don't get freaked out by how confusing it looks.
