What if you found your pictures somewhere else besides your myspace, facebook ect..?

Ok like for instance. Ill take some of my friends myspace pictures and post them elsewhere like photo sharing sites. I'll probably take one photo, i never use all the persons photos. Sometimes i put them on flicker or flukiest.com. I just wanna see if the real people notice. I also have a scrap book full of people that i know, but im not there friend or anything. and Im going to publish it one day. Honestly i would like to know how would you feel if you saw your photo somewhere coming out of no where like a book or something?

Watch it, people can get very angry for this and take you to court. My brother had his pic on the internet. It was on a wedding decorating website. He was not happy, he got a hold of the company and demanded his picture be taken off. Just be careful!

I guess it would be nice to ask the person's permission first. Personally, if I release a picture to someone/anyone I wouldn't be surprised if it showed up somewhere else. But others might not feel that way.

Its against the law. You can't publish pictures that you didn't take and that you didn't get consent for.

And really have some consideration for other people...how would you feel?

If you do that, make sure it is alright with your friend's parents. If you don't think your friend will ask them, ask them yourself, just to be on the safe side. You never know who could be out there. Oh yeah, and don't put in a picture that shows a sign or someone wearing a school/town picture or words. Example: Go Dallas, Texas North High Flamingos!!

I wouldn't appreciate it one bit. A good friend would at least ask if they could post them elsewhere.
