You know how those people have pictures where it's in all black and white, but then there is one thing that is in color? Is there a website for that [then what is it?] or do you HAVE to have that dumb photshop thing?

Well yea. Just go to google and is their picasa 2 and it works great. Of course you have to download it. Or you may go to download.com and go to the imaging category and you will be able to find what you need.
