okay you know how on like myspace people have those pictures where they are black and white but one part is a diffferent color like their eyes. do you know a site or something i can download to be alble too do that with my pictures??

yeah photo shop probally would work but its not free you can download gimp which is just like it and it really hard to get use 2 if u dont have expreince with it
