the easy way would be to just copy the url and insert it in that code, without spaces.

Press the "print screen" button on the top of the keyboard to the right of the "F12" button.

Then open up Microsoft paint...and press Ctrl+V to paste the image. [or edit paste, if you prefer.]

Use the dashed line box and put a square around the comment.

Next press [Ctrl+C] to copy the image.

Open up a new paint...and paste the image. [Ctrl+V] then, once the image is there, make sure there is no extra space like the white...

After that...press Ctrl+A and right click on the image. Press "Stretch/Skew" if the image size is too big for your photo. change the percent to resize.

Afterward, upload to tinypic.com

And copy the [img] code they give you.

Go to the picture you want for the caption...and edit the caption by putting the code you copied.

once the code is pasted, change the [img] at the beginning to %26lt;img src="

then, once that is done, change the [/img] at the end of the link to "%26gt;

you should be good to go!
